Military Tuition Assistance

If you will be receiving Tuition Assistance through a branch of service as a reservist, active duty or ROTC member while attending UC Davis, the Office of the University Registrar can assist.

Required Documents

Step 1: Get approval from your branch's educational office.

Email the approval form to sponsor@ucdavis.edu and cc ourveterans@ucdavis.edu.

Step 2: Complete the online third-party authorization form.

Instructions

The third-party authorization must be filled out once yearly, no later than June for the academic year.

  1. Select the academic year and all terms (e.g., Fall, Winter, Spring) for that year.
  2. Enter your counselor's information: Billing person, phone, email, etc.
  3. Select only the items covered by your sponsor.
  4. Enter the Sponsor UCD ID# as 918930673. Note that your Sponsor Fee Credit does not post to your account until you have completed the third-party authorization. 

Step 3: Submit intake form at OUR Veterans Portal.
